Speaking inquiry

Invite Nayli to speak.

Tell me about your audience, what they are navigating, and what would make the conversation matter now.

You do not need to know which talk you want before reaching out.

Start a speaking inquiry

Before you inquire

Start with the audience, not the title.

The strongest speaking engagements begin with context: who will be there, what is changing or difficult, what responsibility they are carrying, and what you want them to be better able to see, examine, or do afterward.

The form below asks for enough information to understand the engagement without asking you to design the session yourself.

The talk should fit the audience. The audience should not have to fit the talk.

The talks

One architecture. Three leadership questions.

Each keynote starts from a different leadership question. You can name a preference in the inquiry form, or simply describe the audience and let the fit become clear from there.

For leadership audiences

What It Costs to Lead

Because every way of leading asks something of someone.

For conferences, associations, summits, and organizational gatherings examining what leaders carry, what conditions make possible or costly, where consequences land, and what responsibility requires next.

For executives

What Your Leadership Makes Possible

What becomes possible, difficult, rewarded, or expensive because of how you lead?

For CEOs, founders, executive teams, and senior leaders examining how authority, reactions, preferences, decisions, omissions, and patterns of response shape the conditions other people work within.

For leaders working across different environments

Leading on New Ground

What do you need to understand about the ground you are standing on before you decide how to lead?

For leaders working across cultures, functions, organizations, stakeholder groups, power structures, or environments where familiar rules no longer fully explain what is happening.

What audiences carry forward

Read yourself. Read the ground. Read the latitude. Then decide.

01

Read yourself.

What are you bringing into the moment, and what may already be shaping your response?

02

Read the ground.

What does the environment presume, reward, recognize, or make harder?

03

Read the latitude.

What are you actually able to say, decide, challenge, or express here, and what evidence supports that read?

04

Then decide.

What does responsibility require given the purpose, the options available, and the consequences for yourself and others?
